Curbside Pickup

To better serve our customers better during the closure of our storefronts, we are now offering curbside pickup as an alternative to shopping in person.
Order online
When your cart is ready to go, you will be able to select the free Curbside Pickup as a delivery option at checkout. When the order has been received and processed, we will send an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
After receiving the confirmation email, your order can be picked up at our Macleod Trail location (3812 Macleod Trail SE) during the store's open hours. Please be prepared to present photo ID.
Call ahead and pay when you arrive
Call either LSOP location to request that items be set aside for pickup, and pay when you arrive. Please note that we are unable to process credit card payments over the phone.
Once you arrive
According to your preference, pickups can be done at the counter (masks are compulsory inside our stores), or curbside. If you would prefer not to enter the store, call upon arrival- the payment machine and your order will be brought outside by a team member and your sale will be processed while physical distance is maintained.

Both our Bowness and Macleod Trail locations will be open from 12:00pm - 6:00pm for in-store shopping on Monday the 21st of December, 2020. Curbside pickups can also be picked up during this time. Thanks for your question!

Hello, i was intrested in purchasing some things and using the curbside pick up option, unfortunately though have lost my photo i.d. would this be a problem if i order this way or would showing the visa with my name I'll be using be enough?
