Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final, and an item cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. This policy is in place for all products, including toys, lubricants and body products, lingerie and apparel, and BDSM gear. For the peace of mind of our customers, once an item has left our store, that item must be considered used, and is not re-sold.
Many of the products we carry (see exceptions below) are guaranteed under our 90-day warranty, which covers select electronic items that are damaged or defective due to manufacturer's error. This warranty does not cover normal wear-and tear, or damage caused by misuse of the product. Determining a product's eligibility for exchange under the warranty is subject to the discretion of management and the requirements of the product's manufacturer. If a product is found to be defective, contact us in-store, by phone, or at [email protected] within 90 days of the product's purchase/delivery.
Should a product fall within the conditions of the warranty, the product will be replaced with an identical item, or a similar item as approved by the customer in the event that an item is unavailable.
Items that are not eligible for replacement by Little Shop of Pleasures under the warranty are as follows:
- Lubricant, cleaners, body products
- Products without mechanical or electronic parts (non-vibrating/manual toys), BDSM gear, etc
- WOW Tech (Arcwave, Romp, We-Vibe, Womanizer) products
In the event of a defective product
If a product covered by our 90-day warranty is displaying signs of defect, come see us in-store, give us a call, or send an email to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue as well as a photo of your receipt OR the ticket number located at the top left of your receipt OR the phone number or email address associated with the customer account linked to the purchase. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
