These versatile, lightweight breast forms fit easily into any bra.
These soft, lightweight, symmetrical foam forms have an easy-to-fit oval shape can be turned sideways or vertically, and worn in nearly any bra to create the perfect shape for any outfit.
Sold as a pair, the forms are made from soft polyurethane foam, with a smooth, blush-coloured surface, and slightly protruding moulded nipples.
The Transform® Oval Foam Breast Forms are currently offered in sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. Use the chart below to determine the size of form needed to create the desired cup size relative to bra band/chest measurement.
