The Throb Flutter is a dual action toy that stimulates internally with two uniquely placed thumping pads and externally with a vibrating clitoral stimulator. The Flutter's thumping pads are located on both sides of the shaft, about two inches below its angled tip. The vibrating clitoral stimulator is sculpted for contoured, full coverage of the clitoris and surrounding area, with slim wings that flutter with the movement of the vibrating motor.

The Throb Flutter's 3 speeds of multi-directional thumping and 7 functions of vibration speed and rhythm can be controlled independently using two clearly labelled function buttons, while a designated power button turns the toy on and off. The 3-button interface is is LED backlit, so that changing settings is easy- even with the lights off.

The Throb Flutter is coated in a smooth layer of luxuriously soft, body safe silicone, with metallic plated plastic accents framing the controls.
