From Shots America's Ouch! collection, this ball gag's straps are constructed from faux-leather, with smooth, finished edges. It has an adjustable roller buckle closure in the back, and in the front the breathable mouthpiece, held in place with a slender band of faux leather suspended between two O-rings riveted to the straps. The ball is made from firm ABS plastic, with holes that allow the wearer to breath through the mouthpiece.

Dangling from each O-ring is a 30 centimetre length of chain with an adjustable, gator-style nipple clamp at the end. The clamps are equipped with grippy, rubber tips for a better grip, and thumbscrews that allow easy adjustment of the distance between the closed tips.

This piece is currently available in purple, which features both purple leather straps and a purple mouthpiece. All hardware has a silver finish.
