From Shots America's Ouch! Black & White collection, this ball gag and nipple clamps combo offers a classic BDSM aesthetic in elegant, black and white packaging. The gag straps are constructed from faux-leather, with smooth, finished edges. It has an adjustable roller buckle closure in the back, and in the front the breathable mouthpiece, held in place with a slender band of faux leather suspended between two O-rings riveted to the straps.
