From Shots America's Ouch! collection, this elaborate mouth gag covers the mouth and keeps the wearer quiet. The gag's straps are constructed from thin straps of soft leather, with smooth, finished edges, and a 4.5 inch by 2.75 inch rectangle of leather that is held over the wearer's lips. The mouthpiece is held in place by a lower strap that secures at the back of the neck, a mid-point strap that secures behind the head with two silver O-rings resting on each cheek, and a forked strap that extends up from the top of the mouthpiece, around the nose, and up the forehead, connecting to the strap at the back of the head. Adjustable roller buckle closures allow for a custom fit.
