3.5 stars - The Bloom is a pretty good kegel exerciser. It's great to have 3 different interchangeable weights and the silicone is nice and soft. The vibration is strong too, so it can be used as a remote panty vibe as well. The only issue I had was connecting the app - it took a couple of times to get it to work. Otherwise, the Bloom works pretty well ( I just have to remember to be consistent in using it! ;-)
