This set contains two pairs of Sportsheets classic cuffs- one for the wrists, and one for the thighs. The cuffs are constructed from a soft neoprene inner layer sewn to sturdy polypropylene webbing and secured with heavy duty Velcro. Both sets of cuffs are adjustable, and can be connected to one another using the attached D-rings and snap hooks.
