The suede wrapping of the thick handle is secured with a line of rounded metal studs, and trimmed at each end with a band of black leather, also studded. The falls are a dense spray of thin suede strips that thud or sting with a flick of the wrist. A leather strap at the butt of the handle can be worn around the wrist during play and used to hang the whip when you're done.
